Toddler Sweet Potato "Fries"

I think I mentioned a while back that Jack is a little bit high maintenance when it comes to veggies.  The only way he’ll eat sweet potatoes and carrots is brushed with olive oil and baked.  
Toddler Sweet Potato “Fries”
2 sweet potatoes
Olive Oil to taste
Herbs de Provence to taste
Optional: Parmesan Cheese
Ziploc Gallon storage bag
1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2.  Cut your sweet potatoes and carrots into strips
3.  Place in ziploc
4.  Pour 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil into bag and shake until coated
5.  Add Herbs de Provence to bag and shake until coated
6.  Optional:  Add Parmesan Cheese to bag and shake until coated
7.  Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes
